DCENT_OS am2-s19a signed native SD trial media

Write the complete .img to removable SD media. The SD must remain inserted.
This is not a NAND installer or an authorization to change U-Boot environment.
Mining starts disabled; configure the miner and press Start.
Boot, rail polarity, thermals and hashrate still require the exact board bench check.
Verify the artifact signature and runtime companions before use.
