Issue 1: The Miner Cannot Acquire an IP

This problem generally occurs in two instances:

1. The new miner cannot get the IP address: Ensure that your network’s DHCP mode is active and your router and network cables are functioning properly. If issues persist, you can try restoring factory settings using the guide provided in the link. If the problem continues, the control board needs to be sent back for repair.
2. The miner cannot get the IP address after changing the network: If your miner uses a static IP, changing the IP or restoring factory settings can help. If this doesn’t work, refer to the first point.

Issue 2: The Miner Shuts Down During the Upgrade Process

In this case, you can try restarting the miner. If this does not resolve the problem, refer to the restoration procedure in Issue 1.

Issue 3: The Hash Board Cannot Be Detected

If your miner can only detect two or three hashboards, try swapping the control board with a known good one from another miner. If the same issue persists, it implies the hashboard(s) is/are damaged and should be returned to us for repair.

Issue 4: The Miner Cannot Detect the Fan

If the miner can only detect one fan or no fans at all, attempt to replace the fans. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, substitute the control board with another known good one to see if the fan port on the control board is damaged. If the problem continues, the control board needs to be sent back for repair.

Issue 5: The Miner Crashes During the Upgrade Process

In the event that your miner gets stuck on the upgrading page, the issue might be due to your browser. We recommend using either Firefox or Google Chrome for the best results.
