ASIC Miner – DHCP Failure
Warning — Should be addressed soon
Symptoms
- Miner gets no IP address from router
- Shows 0.0.0.0 or no IP in scanner
- Miner hashes but cannot be managed
Step-by-Step Fix
Check your router DHCP pool — it may be exhausted if running many miners.
Increase the DHCP pool range on your router (e.g., 192.168.1.100-254).
Try assigning a static IP to the miner via the SD card configuration method.
Reboot your router to clear stale DHCP leases.
Try a different network switch port.
