Symptoms
- OTA firmware update fails
- Device does not boot after update
- Stuck on boot screen
Step-by-Step Fix

Connect via USB serial and check for boot messages.

Download the correct firmware version for your NerdAxe model.

Flash via USB using esptool or the web flasher at nerdaxe.com.

If flash fails, hold the BOOT button while plugging in USB to enter download mode.
5
After successful flash, reconfigure WiFi and pool settings.
