The BM1366 is one of Bitmain’s most successful mining chip designs, manufactured on an advanced process node. It powers the Antminer S19 XP (140 TH/s) and has been widely adopted in the open-source mining community for devices like the Bitaxe Supra.
In the Bitaxe Supra, a single BM1366 chip typically produces around 500-750 GH/s while consuming only about 12W, making it one of the most efficient and accessible ways to participate in Bitcoin mining. The chip’s efficiency and accessibility have made it a cornerstone of the open-source mining movement.
