Description
Overview
The Bitaxe Mesh Stand is the original — the first Bitaxe stand ever manufactured, designed and 3D-printed by D-Central Technologies in Canada. Before anyone else in the ecosystem was thinking about Bitaxe enclosures, D-Central was already shipping these. The mesh ventilation design has been widely adopted and imitated since, but this is the stand that started it all.
The design is deliberately minimal: an open mesh structure that holds your Bitaxe upright while maximizing passive airflow from every direction. No sealed panels, no blocked vents, no thermal compromises. The mesh pattern allows the onboard fan to pull cool air from the sides and exhaust heat freely, keeping ASIC temperatures low without adding any noise or restriction. It is the benchmark for minimalist Bitaxe mounting.
Each stand is 3D-printed in-house at D-Central’s facility in Laval, Quebec using durable PETG filament. The fit is precise — the Bitaxe board slides in securely with no wobble, and all ports (power barrel jack, USB-C, Wi-Fi antenna area) remain fully accessible. Compatible with all standard single-board Bitaxe models.

Key Features
- The Original: D-Central created the Bitaxe Mesh Stand — the first Bitaxe stand ever made. This is not a clone or derivative. It is the design that launched the Bitaxe accessory category.
- Maximum Airflow: The open mesh pattern provides unrestricted airflow from all sides. The onboard fan operates without back-pressure, and passive convection assists cooling even when the fan runs at low RPM.
- Universal Fit: Compatible with all single-board Bitaxe variants — Max, Ultra, Supra, and Gamma. The board slides in with a secure, snug fit.
- Full Port Access: Power barrel jack, USB-C, OLED display, and ESP32 antenna area are all accessible without removing the board from the stand.
- PETG Durability: 3D-printed in PETG for heat resistance and structural rigidity. PETG handles the operating temperatures of an ASIC miner without warping or degrading.
- Clean Desk Aesthetic: The vertical orientation saves desk space and keeps cables organized. The mesh pattern gives your Bitaxe a clean, industrial look.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does this stand include a fan mount?
No. The Mesh Stand is a passive airflow design — it relies on the Bitaxe’s onboard fan and the open mesh pattern for cooling. If you want a stand with a second fan mount for additional cooling, see the Modern Bitaxe Stand.
Q: Will this work with a Bitaxe that has a heatsink installed?
Yes, it works with most standard heatsinks. The open mesh design does not restrict heatsink clearance. For tower-style coolers, check the cooler dimensions against the stand opening.
Q: Is this the same Mesh Stand that other sellers offer?
D-Central designed and manufactured the original Bitaxe Mesh Stand — the first one that ever existed. The open-source design has been adopted by others since, but when you buy from D-Central, you are buying from the creators who continue to refine and print these in-house in Canada.
Q: Can I use this horizontally?
The Mesh Stand is designed for vertical orientation. It will sit horizontally but is optimized for upright use, which provides the best airflow pattern for the onboard fan.
Why D-Central
This is the stand that started the entire Bitaxe accessory ecosystem. D-Central Technologies designed it, printed the first batch, and has been iterating on it ever since. Every unit is 3D-printed in-house at our Laval, Quebec facility — same building where our ASIC repair technicians service industrial miners daily. When you buy the Mesh Stand from D-Central, you are buying the original from the team that invented it.
