Installation Guide

Tools and Materials Needed:

Screwdriver
New Bitmain Xilinx 7007 Zync Control Board (Ctrl_C49)
SD card with specific firmware for your model

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Preparation
- Power down the miner and unplug it from any power sources.
- Wear an anti-static wrist strap to prevent static damage.
Remove the Top Cover
- Unscrew and remove the top cover of your miner to expose the control board.
Disconnect the Old Control Board
- Carefully disconnect the 3x 18-pin signal cables, PSU power extension cable, voltage regulating cable, and 4x fan cables from the old control board.
Remove the Old Control Board
- Unscrew and remove the face plate on the miner.
- Gently slide out the old control board.
Install the New Control Board
- Carefully slide the new Bitmain Xilinx 7007 Zync control board (Ctrl_C49) into place.
- Secure the face plate back onto the miner.
Reconnect the Cables
- Reconnect the 3x 18-pin signal cables, PSU power extension cable, voltage regulating cable, and 4x fan cables to the new control board.
Firmware Installation
- Insert the SD card with the specific firmware for your model.
- Power on the miner and wait for the firmware installation to complete.
- Remove the SD card and reboot the miner.
