Diamond has a thermal conductivity of 2,000–2,500 W/mK — roughly five times higher than pure silver — making IC Diamond one of the most effective thermal interface materials available for ASIC miner chips, CPUs, and GPUs. It is electrically non-conductive and non-capacitive, so accidental contact with nearby components will not cause shorts.
