Symptoms
- Miner stops hashing and displays fan error
- One or more fan RPM readings show 0
- Miner may continue running with remaining fans at max speed
Step-by-Step Fix

Identify which fan is failing by checking RPM readings in the web interface.

Power off and inspect the failed fan for physical obstruction or damage.

Check the fan connector — reseat it firmly on the control board.

If fan spins but RPM reads 0, the tachometer wire may be broken. Replace the fan.

Replace with a compatible fan (S19 uses 12038 120mm fans, 12V 4-pin).

After replacement, power on and verify all fan RPMs are normal in the dashboard.
