Notice: This Privacy Policy is provided in good faith as a plain-language summary of how D-Central Technologies Inc. handles personal information. It is a working draft pending review and ratification by our legal counsel. Nothing here constitutes legal advice. If any provision conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law prevails.
At D-Central, accessible from https://d-central.tech/, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and customers. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information that is collected and recorded by D-Central, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

Consent
By using our website you consent to this Privacy Policy. Where the law requires consent for specific processing (for example, non-essential cookies or marketing communications), we ask for that consent separately and you may withdraw it at any time. We do not rely on pre-checked boxes. See our consent note below.
Cookie and tracking consent
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner lets you choose how non-essential cookies and tracking technologies are used. Essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function are always on and cannot be disabled. Analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and are never pre-selected; they load only after you choose “Accept All” or enable the relevant category under “Manage Preferences.” You can change or withdraw your choices at any time by reopening the cookie preferences from the banner. Your consent choice is stored for up to 365 days.
Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide it.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message and any attachments, and any other information you choose to provide.
When you register for an account or place an order, we may ask for contact and billing information, including your name, company name, billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our website and store
- Process, fulfill, ship, and support your orders, repairs, and service requests
- Improve, personalize, and expand our website
- Understand and analyze how you use our website
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality
- Communicate with you about your orders and, where you have consented, send marketing and promotional messages
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with our legal, tax, accounting, customs, and export obligations
Cryptocurrency and payment data
We accept payment by credit card and by cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin and Lightning). We do not store full card numbers; card payments are processed by our payment processors (such as Stripe). When you pay with cryptocurrency, the transaction is recorded on a public blockchain that we do not control and cannot alter or erase. We collect and retain the on-chain transaction identifier, the wallet/payment address associated with your order, the amount, and timestamps for the purposes of order reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We associate this on-chain data with your order record. Because public blockchains are permanent, any information you place on-chain is outside our ability to delete. We do not perform on-chain surveillance of your other wallet activity.
Log files
D-Central follows the standard practice of using log files. These files log visitors when they access websites, as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. The purpose of the information is analyzing trends, administering the site, securing the site, and gathering aggregate demographic information.
Cookies and web beacons
Like most websites, D-Central uses cookies to store information including visitors’ preferences and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed. The information is used to optimize the user experience and, where you have consented, to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our content. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and through your browser settings. See “Cookie and tracking consent” above.
Automated access, AI crawlers, and scraping
Our website is accessed not only by people but also by automated agents such as search-engine crawlers and AI/large-language-model crawlers. Where we permit automated access, it is governed by our robots.txt directives and applicable terms. We do not knowingly sell or hand over your personal account information to AI crawlers. Publicly posted content (for example, product reviews you choose to publish) may be read by automated agents and indexed by third parties outside our control. We may use automated tools and aggregate, de-identified analytics to operate and secure the site; we do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means without a lawful basis and, where required, human review.
How we share your information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business and as permitted by law, including with: payment processors; shipping and customs partners; fraud-prevention and security providers; hosting, email, and analytics service providers acting on our behalf; and authorities where legally required. We require service providers to protect your information and to use it only for the services they perform for us. We do not sell your personal information.
