Ways to Pay at D-Central: Bitcoin, Lightning, Card & Bank Transfer
Quick answer
Yes. D-Central takes Bitcoin and Lightning (through an open-source, non-custodial BTCPay Server), as well as credit / debit card (via Stripe) and bank transfer for larger orders. Paying on-chain or over Lightning earns an automatic 3% discount on the cart subtotal — applied the moment you choose the Bitcoin gateway at checkout. We list Bitcoin first on purpose: it settles peer-to-peer with no card-network middleman, which is the whole point of what we build.
The three ways to pay
⚡ Bitcoin & Lightning SAVE 3%
Pay on-chain or over the Lightning Network through an open-source, non-custodial BTCPay Server — the payment settles to us directly, with no third-party processor holding your money in between. Choose the Bitcoin gateway at checkout and a 3% discount comes off your cart subtotal automatically (before shipping and tax). Lightning is ideal for smaller orders; on-chain suits larger ones.
Why we lead with it: card networks take a cut and can reverse or freeze payments; Bitcoin settles directly between you and us. Paying in Bitcoin keeps more of your money in the order and fewer intermediaries in the loop — and you keep the 3%.
💳 Credit / debit card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Stripe, with the usual card security. Pay-over-time options (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay) may appear at checkout depending on your order and region. Card orders do not receive the Bitcoin discount.
🏦 Bank transfer
For larger purchases, direct bank transfer (EFT / wire) is available — useful for fleet orders where card limits get in the way. Your order is confirmed once the transfer clears.
How the 3% Bitcoin discount works
It is not a coupon code you have to hunt for. When you select Bitcoin / Lightning as your payment method at checkout, the cart recalculates and shows a −3% line against the subtotal. Switch back to card and it disappears. On a several-thousand-dollar ASIC that is real money back — for doing the thing we would recommend anyway.
Refunds & buyer questions
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For what is and isn’t covered, see our shipping and warranty policies and the verified customer reviews. Building your sovereign stack instead of buying? The D-Central fund and our open-source hardware take Bitcoin too.
