Symptoms
- Cannot find miner on network
- No IP address assigned
- Miner not visible in IP scanner
- Network indicator LED off
Step-by-Step Fix

Check the Ethernet cable — ensure it is firmly connected at both ends.

Try a different Ethernet cable.

Check the LED on the miner Ethernet port — should be blinking.

Verify your router DHCP is enabled and has available IP addresses.

Try connecting the miner directly to the router instead of through a switch.

If still no connection, try resetting the miner network settings via the IP button or SD card reset.
