Control boards

The control board is the brain of every ASIC miner — managing hashboard communication, network connectivity, fan speed, and firmware execution. When a control board fails, the entire machine goes down. D-Central stocks replacement control boards for Bitmain Antminer and MicroBT Whatsminer series, including boards for the S9, S17, T17, S19, and Whatsminer M20/M30 families.

Common signs of a failing control board:

Miner powers on but shows no network activity (no IP on your router)
Hashboards not detected despite known-good hashboards and cables
Kernel log errors referencing the I/O controller or SPI communication
Red LED status indicators on the board itself
Firmware flashing fails repeatedly

Before replacing your control board, verify the issue is not a simple SD card corruption (Antminer S9/T9+) or a loose data ribbon cable. Our ASIC Repair team frequently sees boards sent in for replacement that only needed a cable reseat or firmware reflash.

All control boards are tested and verified functional before shipping. We pull from the same inventory our repair technicians use daily. Need installation guidance? Our support team can walk you through the swap — most control board replacements take under 15 minutes with basic tools.
