Bitmain’s official support records authenticate the E11 model and compatible APW121215b PSU. They do not authenticate either public 9.0 or 9.5 GH/s bin, its stored power, tolerance, memory, DAG limit, physical or acoustic matrix.
The two claimed-bin URLs remain separate pending an exact product sheet, orderable SKU table or nameplate. No redirect or merge is applied.
Official electrical architecture
Regulatory material groups E11 and E9 Pro for testing and states (200–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 10 A) × 2, Class I. This means two inputs; it is not one 20 A inlet and does not authenticate cord, plug, PDU or protective-device details. E9/E9 Pro performance, memory, physical and firmware data must not be inherited.
