What the surviving installation guide says
A mirrored November 2017 document titled BW-L21 Installation Guide identifies the exact model and describes Ethernet configuration, DHCP, pool setup, and PSU connections. It states that frequency 648 corresponds to a default 550 MHS with ±10% tolerance, and describes frequency 684 as up to 600 MHS with ±10% tolerance. It directs users to Scrypt-based pools and provides a historical Litecoin pool example.
Evidence boundary: the mirror is useful exact-model operational evidence, but it is hosted by a third party and its warranty section names Hyperbit. It is not treated as a manufacturer-controlled specification sheet, current support promise, or proof of mineable merged assets.
