NerdQAxe identity boundary

The project history and current fork content overlap later NerdQAxe+ work, while qaxe hardware paths are revisioned. The unqualified NerdQAxe name is therefore not treated as an alias for QAxe, NerdQAxe+ or NerdQAxe++.
