The current manufacturer manual defines the hydro-cooled WhatsMiner M53 family at 226-250 TH/s +/-10% and 29 J/T +/-5%. Its normal and high-performance wall-power fields are blank. A separate 10 kW input field is a facility/system allowance, not a published nominal miner draw, so this profile leaves power unassigned.
