Description

Bitaxe GT 801: planned populated board

Informational listing — purchasing unavailable. This page describes a planned D-Central stock configuration based on Bitaxe GT 801. The intended configuration is a factory-assembled circuit board with every required non-ASIC board component fitted and the Bitcoin mining ASIC excluded. Assembly and package contents remain under verification.

A board without its required ASIC cannot mine. This planned configuration should not be treated as a complete working miner or as confirmation that assembled units are currently available.

Exact hardware source

The design basis is Bitaxe GT 801, pinned to upstream commit 5a927a735f9bfdb557d12a39a564f156b1f3380a in the Bitaxe project. The revision source and board design file identify this specific hardware revision. The upstream design specifies 2 BM1370 ASIC chips; those chips are excluded from the intended board configuration.

Upstream source attribution: Bitaxe project contributors. The license file at this pinned revision contains CERN-OHL-S-2.0. Source availability does not establish that a manufactured board has been assembled or tested.

What remains to be verified

The current source audit has unresolved PCB design checks and component-population or part-identification questions. Engineering review and supplier acceptance remain pending.

The non-ASIC bill of materials, placement files, do-not-populate entries, through-hole parts and supplier assembly capability are being checked. Controller or display modules, connectors and headers must be accounted for before the board can be described as complete except for its ASIC.

The final package contents have not been confirmed. Do not assume that a power supply, cooling hardware, display, cables, stand or other accessories are included. The finished listing will identify what is fitted, excluded or supplied separately.

Price and stock

No orders are accepted through this listing. Price and stock availability are not yet confirmed. Purchasing will remain unavailable until the required manufacturing, cost and receipt checks are complete.
