Description
The Bitaxe Supra Hex 702 centralizes the hashing power of six ASICs onto a single printed circuit board. This design minimizes the physical footprint and streamlines network management by using a single WiFi interface for all 6 chips. Its open-hardware architecture allows for detailed inspection and full component-level maintenance.
Hardware Prerequisites (Cooling and Power)
Since this board is sold as a standalone component, you will need to add the following hardware to operate it:
- Active Cooling: A heatsink designed for the board’s mounting holes and an 80mm fan (with a PWM connector) to dissipate the ~90W of heat generated.
- 12V Power Supply: A 12V DC power supply capable of delivering a minimum of 10A (120W) to ensure system stability.
This Bitaxe Supra Hex 702 printed circuit board allows you to build your own open-source hardware Bitcoin miner. It provides an optimized foundation to integrate six BM1368 ASIC chips, capable of generating up to 4.2 TH/s.
Important: This product includes the pcb board only. The power supply and cooling system are not included.
Select your base configuration
- Standard PCB (No chips): You must supply and solder your own 6 BM1368 chips.
- Full Assembled PCB: The 6 BM1368 chips (Antminer S21 series) are factory-soldered and tested.

Important: All components are already factory-soldered on the PCB; only the ASICs are missing. However, an option is available if you wish to have the 6 ASICs pre-soldered as well. Please note that the power supply and cooling system are not included.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What else do I need to start mining?
Because this product is the PCB only, you will need to purchase and install a 12V DC power supply (capable of at least 10A / 120W) and an active cooling system (compatible heatsink and an 80mm PWM fan) before powering on the board.
2. Do I need a Raspberry Pi or PC to run this?
No. The Bitaxe Supra Hex 702 is completely standalone. It features a built-in ESP32-S3 microcontroller with WiFi capabilities. It runs AxeOS natively and connects directly to your mining pool or local node.
3. Can I solder my own ASIC chips?
Yes! By selecting the Standard PCB (No chips) option, you will receive a board with all small SMD components and the controller pre-installed. The 6 main ASIC pads will be left bare, ready for you to solder your own BM1368 (Antminer S21) chips.
4. Is there a warranty if I solder the chips myself?
Due to the DIY hardware nature of the barebone PCB, we cannot cover damages caused by improper micro-soldering, electrical shorts, or inadequate thermal management. The pre-assembled variation is fully tested before shipping, but ensuring proper cooling remains the user’s responsibility.
