The current manufacturer manual defines the air-cooled WhatsMiner M60S family at 170-186 TH/s +/-5%, 18.5 J/T +/-5% at 25 C, and 3,145-3,441 W wall power +/-10%. These are the canonical manual specifications; the tolerances do not create additional advertised bins.

The manual lists AC 220-240 V input, an IEC C19 connection rated at 16 A or higher, 350 CFM airflow, Ethernet, a -5 C to 35 C operating range, a 430 x 155 x 226 mm enclosure, 11.5 kg net weight, and 12.6 kg gross weight. Use the individual unit nameplate and local electrical code for installation design. The manual does not establish phase, noise, humidity, altitude, chip details, control-board platform, release date, or retail availability.

Current official-shop revision lane

Reviewed August 27, 2026: the manufacturer’s live shop separately lists 184, 186, and 188 TH/s bins at 18.5 J/T, with displayed nominal power values of 3,404 W, 3,441 W, and 3,478 W respectively.

The 188 TH/s shop SKU is not silently used to extend the manual’s 186 TH/s ceiling. The shop also displays a 13.5 kg weight and P221B/P222B supply references, while the PDF explicitly says 11.5 kg net and 12.6 kg gross and does not name a supply model. Confirm the exact SKU, nameplate, and bill of materials; this profile does not guess why those records differ. The former mixed specification has been removed because neither current source lane supports it.

Firmware and recovery boundary

This profile identifies a model, not the control-board platform or a recovery image. Record the miner’s raw reported platform, complete displayed type, installed firmware version, cooling class, and current symptom before choosing any update or recovery path. A model name, production revision, or board appearance is not sufficient evidence. Do not generalize from another M60S, a visible board revision, or a known H616 example.
