Antminer E9 family owner hub: E9 and E9 Pro
Antminer E9 family identification: E9 and E9 Pro are distinct generations and separate canonicals. Confirm the exact model, version, memory, PSU, and installed revisions before using specifications, firmware, electrical procedures, or repair assumptions.
| Canonical | OEM identity | Native performance | Key evidence boundary | Reference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| E9 | Model 240-E; 6 GB | Six 2,100–2,400 MH/s bins, each at 1,920 W | OEM labels efficiency J/TH although arithmetic matches J/MH; normalized efficiency/schema withheld | Antminer E9 |
| E9 Pro | Model 260-E; 7 GB | 3,680 MH/s; 2,200 W; 0.60 J/MH | Manual length 550 mm; web specification says 500 mm | Antminer E9 Pro |
Use native MH/s and J/MH only within Ethash/Etchash. Do not convert these pages to generic J/TH, compare their hashrate or efficiency with another algorithm, or generate cross-algorithm winners and deltas.
Electrical and identity preflight
- Photograph the complete model/version, memory, PSU, both inlets, cords, connectors, and installed-board labels.
- Both generations publish 200–240 V AC, 47–63 Hz, 20 A, and two 10 A input wires. Treat each model’s exact documentation independently.
- E9 Pro’s manual explicitly requires both sockets simultaneously on to run and all inputs off to shut down. Do not extend that sequence, APW12 identity, cord requirement, or component compatibility to E9 without exact matching evidence.
- Have a qualified person verify both paths, circuit capacity, continuous-load treatment, protection, conductors, connectors, cords, disconnecting means, grounding, and local requirements.
Firmware, diagnostics, and repair
- Select exact E9 or E9 Pro firmware and installed revision.
- Official E9 support hub.
- Official E9 Pro support hub.
- Official ANTMINER failure diagnostics.
- ASIC fault finder and ASIC repair diagnosis.
Comparison containment: this hub does not link to a cross-algorithm E9 Pro comparison. A comparison must use native per-miner units, suppress cross-algorithm efficiency/hashrate winners and deltas, and carry reconciled canonical physical fields before it is eligible for linkage.
Family boundaries: no unsupported noise, silicon, controller, board/memory architecture, tuning, third-party firmware, home/heat/economics, coin-currentness, release/price/lifecycle, or component compatibility is asserted.
Primary evidence: official E9 and E9 Pro specifications, E9 Pro manual, model support hubs, firmware selector, and diagnostic guide linked from the canonical pages. Reviewed August 28, 2026.
