ASIC PSU ↔ Miner Fitment Matrix: Will This PSU Power That Miner?

Quick answer

Whether a power supply can run a given Antminer comes down to two things: does it deliver enough watts, and does it deliver them at the voltage you actually have on the wall. The catch most people miss is that PSU wattage is voltage-conditional — an APW3++ puts out 1600 W on a 240 V circuit but only about 1200 W on 120 V, so it comfortably runs a 1400 W S9 on 240 V yet under-powers that same S9 on 120 V. The matrix below checks every miner against each Bitmain PSU at the correct wall voltage, using wattages sourced from our PSU reference.

A green ✓ means the PSU has enough watts at that voltage. This is a wattage + input-voltage check only — you must still use the correct PSU-to-miner cabling/connector for the model. Modern S19/S21-class miners need 200–240 V and a 3300 W-plus PSU; they cannot be run on 120 V.

Each cell compares the miner’s wall watts against the PSU’s output at that wall voltage: ✓ 120 V & 240 V = enough on either; ✓ 240 V = enough on a 200–240 V circuit; ⚠ derate = runs but throttles at 120 V; = underpowered even at 240 V. 120 V wattages are only shown where the PSU reference states one; 240 V-only PSUs (APW9/APW12/APW17) have no 120 V figure by design.
