Description

An 8-inch duct shroud adapter for the Antminer S19 series, designed to connect your miner’s exhaust directly to standard 8″ HVAC ducting. Ducting your miner’s hot exhaust out of the room (or into your heating system) is the single most effective noise and heat management technique for home mining. This 3D-printed shroud is a collaboration between D-Central and GOBRRR.ME, precision-engineered for a tight fit on the S19 chassis.

Compatibility

Fits the exhaust side of Antminer S19, S19 Pro, S19J, and S19J Pro. Connects to any standard 8-inch round HVAC duct, flex duct, or rigid duct. For intake-side ducting, a separate shroud is required.

Why 8-inch ducting instead of 6-inch?

The S19 series pushes a high volume of air. An 8-inch duct provides significantly less airflow resistance than a 6-inch duct, which means your fans work less hard, run quieter, and the miner operates at lower temperatures. If your home setup allows it, 8-inch is always the better choice.

Can I use this to heat my home?

Absolutely. An S19 Pro outputs roughly 10,000+ BTU/hr of heat — equivalent to a space heater. By ducting the exhaust into your home through HVAC ducting, you effectively turn your miner into a heating system that earns Bitcoin. This is the core concept behind dual-purpose mining.
