Contribute a Field Report

Nobody publishes an honest, community-fed record of what actually breaks on Bitcoin mining hardware, what a repair really costs, or what used and refurbished rigs sell for in Canada. We are building one — in the open — and it only works if miners share first-hand experience. If you have run a rig, repaired one, or bought or sold one, your report makes the record more accurate for everyone.

Three kinds of report, one short form: a failure (what broke and how it showed up), a repair cost (DIY or shop, and the outcome), or a price (what you paid or sold for). Tick more than one if your story covers more than one.

How your report is handled

  • A human reviews every submission before anything appears on the site. Nothing is published automatically.
  • You can stay completely anonymous. A display handle is optional and shown only if you ask for credit; your email, if you give one, is used only to verify the report and is never published.
  • It is reported experience, never a measured rate. We never turn reports into invented failure percentages or MTBF numbers — volume only shifts an honest word qualifier. Read our Mining Data Trust & Methodology.
  • Prices keep their currency, date and condition. Any Canadian-dollar figure shown later is an FX estimate, never a quote.

Share first-hand experience with a Bitcoin mining rig — what broke, what a repair cost, or what you paid or sold for. Every report is reviewed by a human before anything appears on the site, and is treated as reported community experience, never a measured failure rate.

Be honest: first-hand only, no fabricated numbers, no fabricated rates. We aggregate and credit the community — we never claim your experience as our own.

1. What are you reporting? (tick all that apply)
2. The hardware
3. Credit & contact (all optional)

You can stay completely anonymous. Anything below is optional — your email is used only to verify the report and is never published; a handle is shown only if you tick the credit box.
