Innosilicon Firmware Downloads: Exact-Model Source & Provenance Guide

Do not download or write an Innosilicon image until the full model, hashrate variant, control-board branch and, where applicable, PSU branch match the source record. This guide helps you interpret the original publisher’s download centre. It does not rehost unknown files or treat a nearby model as compatible.

Manufacturer legacy-catalog inventory

The manufacturer’s English legacy miner support centre still exposes a model selector for the T-series entries below. Many records are separated into G19 and SOC branches. Its footer is dated 2020, and it should not be described as an actively maintained current-download service.

Last checked: August 27, 2026. Every T-series firmware anchor remained empty or displayed NULL after the page finished loading, and the tested firmware-data endpoint returned 404. The linked Q&A’s tested direct package, batch-tool and manual endpoints also returned 404. No official firmware binary was validated as currently downloadable in this review.

How to read a firmware source record

1. Exact hardware scope

Match the complete model string and hashrate variant, then confirm the control-board or platform branch. A shared T2 or T3 prefix does not establish compatibility.

2. Original publisher

Prefer the manufacturer or original firmware publisher. A forum, chat attachment or anonymous mirror is not validated by a plausible filename.

3. Artifact identity

Record the complete filename, displayed version or release date, source URL and any hash published by the source. Preserve this evidence before the page changes.

4. Integrity versus suitability

A matching hash can show that a file matches a publisher’s record. It does not by itself prove the file is correct for your board, safe, current, endorsed or performant.

5. Availability status

A model can remain listed while its download field is empty. Treat a manual or historical listing as documentation, not as an implied binary download.

6. Recovery purpose

Normal web updates and model-specific recovery media are different paths. There is no universal T-series SD or TF image.

Platform and PSU branches are hard compatibility boundaries

The original catalogue frequently separates G19 and SOC records. Select the branch from evidence on the unit or its existing interface—not from appearance, family name or guesswork.

T2Tz and related publisher cautions

Some official T2Tz/T2Ts update routes depend on PSU manufacturer or version. Publisher guidance distinguishes direct routes for some QB/HK configurations and different paths for GP versions below or above 12.66. The exact boundary value 12.66 is not resolved by the evidence reviewed here, so escalate it rather than guessing. One affected GP route also specifies a 15-minute window with no operation and no interruption to power or network.

The publisher also warns on a T2Tz-30T record that a hashrate-oriented firmware change may require a PSU upgrade and that failing to make a required PSU change can harm the miner. This is a model-specific warning, not a universal T-series rule.

Package evidence: what is known and what is not

An inspected authentic stock T2Tz build used a signed SWUpdate .swu container with a signed description and an A/B storage layout. That is evidence about the inspected T2Tz build only. It does not establish the package format for every Innosilicon model, and A/B slots do not prove automatic rollback.

Do not rename, unpack, modify or convert a package unless the exact publisher procedure explicitly requires it. Never use a package merely because an interface accepts the upload.

  • Identity: exact model, hashrate, platform/control-board and relevant PSU branch confirmed.

Does an old package listing mean the file is still safe to use?
