What frequency and duty cycle does Meshtastic use in the EU?

EU_868 uses the narrow 869.4–869.65 MHz sub-band with a 10% rolling hourly duty cycle; EU_433 uses the 433–434 MHz band, also with a 10% duty cycle. These are Meshtastic region defaults expressed as ERP — verify your hardware’s certified output before deploying.
