ASIC Diode & Voltage Reference: Antminer Hashboard Repair Values (AMTC Data)

The deepest board-repair reference: Bitmain AMTC factory diode-mode resistance values and per-model voltage architecture for Antminer hashboards.

Quick answer

This is the board-repair diode and voltage reference for 20 Antminer models — including Bitmain's own AMTC factory diode-test values for 8 S17/S19-family boards. IMPORTANT: those AMTC "diode" figures are RESISTANCE in ohms, read in a multimeter's diode mode, NOT a forward-voltage drop — never read them as volts. Each model lists chip, voltage domains, chips per board, nominal domain voltage and boost/input voltage.

A reference, not absolute pass/fail — meter and board batch shift the numbers. Measure your own board unpowered first; black probe to board ground, never the heatsink. Free CSV/JSON under CC BY 4.0.

Read this first: The AMTC “diode” values below are resistance in ohms (Ω) measured in a multimeter’s diode mode — they are not volts. The voltage figures are separate (domain / input / boost). Voltage is regulated per domain, not per chip.

(general diode-test guidance)

AMTC diode-mode resistanceHealthy: all domains within ±50mV of each other. >100mV below average = partial short (failed chip/blown cap). Above average = open circuit (broken trace/cracked joint).

Bitmain AMTC diode values measured in diode/resistance mode with Fluke 15B+; other meters/board batches vary - use as reference not absolute pass/fail. Black probe to board ground, NEVER the heatsink (short risk). Unpowered domain-impedance check: low=short, high=open.
