Antminer S19 / S21 Threaded-Collar Shroud — Dual 120 mm to 6″

$38.99 CAD

A coarse-pitch threaded collar, so whatever goes on the end screws down positively and stays there. This is the version to build around if you want a modular exhaust stack — caps, adapters and fittings that swap by unscrewing rather than by cutting a clamp loose.

Description

Overview

A coarse-pitch threaded collar, so whatever goes on the end screws down positively and stays there. This is the version to build around if you want a modular exhaust stack — caps, adapters and fittings that swap by unscrewing rather than by cutting a clamp loose.

What it fits

Same rear 120 mm fan pair intake as the rest of the dual-120 family — Antminer S19 series and standard S21, not the Pro or XP. The 6-inch outlet carries a coarse thread rather than a smooth barrel.

Measure before you order. Fit dimensions in this line are derived from published fan and chassis geometry and are not yet validated against measured production hardware. Check your flange size and the clearance around your machine against the footprint in the specifications below. If something does not fit, tell us — that is how the next revision gets better.

How it is used

Screw on the fitting you want. The matching threaded cap blanks the shroud entirely when a machine is offline or when you want the exhaust sealed, and it screws off again in seconds when the machine comes back into service.

Why it helps

A threaded interface is the difference between an exhaust you built once and an exhaust system you can reconfigure. In a shop where machines rotate, where seasons change what you want done with the heat, or where a unit needs blanking off while the rest of the row keeps running, that reconfigurability is worth more than the last few percent of airflow.

  • Coarse-pitch threaded collar for positive, repeatable attachment
  • Accepts the matching threaded cap for blanking off idle machines
  • The foundation of a modular, reconfigurable exhaust stack
  • Single continuous body, no assembly

Open source — print it yourself, or buy it finished

Every shroud D-Central designs is released as an open file. The geometry for this part is free to download from our 3D models download center: use it, modify it, remix it, run it in your own shop, sell what you make from it. There is no licence to buy and no design gated behind a purchase. Shared knowledge is the whole reason this industry has open hardware at all, and we are not going to be the ones who stop passing it on.

This listing is for the finished part: made to order in PETG and shipped from Montreal, Quebec. If you would rather have it in your hands than spend an evening making one, buy it here — that is what pays for the next design in the line. You can also support the open-source work directly through D-Central’s fund page.

Frequently asked questions

What screws onto it?

The matching threaded cap is the companion part. Because the thread profile is published with the open files, you can also cut the same thread onto anything else you design for the stack.

Why would I cap off a shroud?

To seal an idle machine so it does not backdraft cold outside air into your building through its own exhaust duct, and to keep dust out of a unit that is between jobs. In a row of machines where only some are running, blanking off the idle ones keeps the shared duct behaving.

Which mount style should I pick?

Threaded for a modular stack, bayonet for fastest access, clamp-groove for maximum holding force, venturi for airflow, offset for tight geometry.
